Coaching For Future Career Change Webinar with Patricia Hinton Walker, PhD, RN, FAAN, MCC. Pat is a Master Certified Coach. She has assisted a number of nurses in a variety of roles to position themselves and plan for career changes. Since many nurses whether clinical, community-based, academic and even students change career directions several times over the life of their nursing career, Pat assists them (and other health care providers) to prepare with a focus on: 1. getting clarity about the next role(s); 2. preparing (and sometimes positioning) for the next desired role; 3. getting a relevant and polished resume/cover letter; 4. preparing for the interview; and finally, 5. successfully negotiating when the offer comes!

This initial virtual webinar will be followed by an offer (free of charge) for participation in two group coaching sessions (again offered free of charge by GNA) to assist those that need more planning and specifics.
