GNA reminds Georgians to do the Three W’s in light of Thanksgiving Holiday, announces a gratitude challenge

Posted over 4 years ago by Charlotte Endemano

November 23, 2020- The Georgia Nurses Association calls on Georgians to do the Three W’s.

“The Thanksgiving Holiday can bring a sense of normalcy, comfort, and to a degree, of ‘a break’, to many of us. But we are still in a pandemic so we need to remain wise and continue exercising safe practices, such as Wearing our masks, Watching our physical distance in public places, and Washing our hands,” said GNA President Richard Lamphier.

We encourage you to think of one good thing you can be thankful for despite the negatives of the times. For example, you could be thankful that you can read this message, that you are alive and can hope for better days, that you can give of your attention and time to others, that you can choose to be happy, and more.

Challenge yourself and a loved one today to have an attitude of gratitude this week.
