July 13, 2021- On May 7th, Governor Brian P. Kemp signed into law SB 32 which removes registered nurses', and other licensed professionals', home addresses from the Secretary of State's website. The addresses are now officially off of the site.
We are excited to see that Senate Bill 32 has been successfully implemented. This is important as it ensures safety and peace of mind for our profession.
We thank everyone who worked on this workforce safety legislation and a special thanks to Senator Matt Brass and Representative Joseph Gullett. We are thankful that we can add this victory to our list of Tangible Results.
