Atlanta Black Nurses Association Project Firstline Collaborative Partnership with CDC and ANA

March 21, 2023- The Atlanta Black Nurses Association is a recipient of one of the 2023 Grants Awarded to Nurse Partner Organizations through American Nurses Association (ANA) Project Firstline. The Project Firstline program is a national training collaborative led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in partnership with ANA and the American Academy of Pediatrics to disseminate Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) resources.

Project Firstline was developed as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic which identified longstanding gaps in infection control knowledge and practice in healthcare settings.
