ANA's Survey from the Project MZ Initiative, seeks input from Generations M and Z

March 7, 2024 - As each new generation enters the nursing profession, they bring different needs, priorities, and values. As Millennial nurses move into leadership roles and Gen Z nurses enter the profession, ANA is committed to listening and understanding the feedback from younger nurses so we can better support and help them succeed in their nursing career.
Please help us understand you and your generation by completing this anonymous survey. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and your input will help ANA evolve and grow to better serve you and your generation of nursing professionals. This survey is open to both members and non-members of ANA and your state nurses association, and we are very interested in hearing from younger, non-members nurses.
