August 13, 2025 - The Georgia Board of Nursing is launching a new data system named GOALS in September 2025.
What does this mean for you and your nursing license?
You will need access to the new system to:
1 - Renew your license during the renewal period
2 - Make name/address/phone number changes
3 - Verify the status of your license
4 - Apply for a new license
What do you need to do?
1 - Wait to receive your PIN (Personal Identification Number), which will be sent to you by email in September 2025. A PIN will be emailed to all licensees and applicants. (We will be sending notifications out in email batches. Please do not be concerned if someone you know received an email before you. The email notifications will be sent out over several days starting in September.)
2 - Once your PIN is received, go to the GOALS system and verify your account - Login
