GNA CEO Matt Caseman recognized as one of Georgia’s most influential leaders for the fourth year in a row
Atlanta – The magazine Georgia Trend recognized Georgia Nurses Association (GNA) and Georgia Nurses Foundation (GNF) Chief Executive Officer Matt Caseman as one of Georgia’s 500 most influential leaders for the fourth year in a row.

Matt leads GNA - the largest professional association for registered nurses in the State of Georgia - and its philanthropic arm, GNF, in advocating on behalf of nurses at the state capitol and supporting legislation at the national level on matters pertaining to nursing practice and beyond, including but not limited to fostering safe work environments, ensuring access to equitable care, and promoting social justice and racial equity. GNA’s vision is to inspire and empower Georgia’s nurses to lead innovative change and improve health.
Selections were based upon nominations and editorial committee recommendations, resulting in a selective guide to the Georgians who impact the state.
To be recognized as one of Georgia’s most influential leaders for a fourth year in a row is a testament to Matt’s dedication and commitment to serving and advocating for the backbone and motor of Georgia’s healthcare system: Nurses.
